I have been working exclusively in the Customer Experience space for over 15 years. I have worked in North America, Europe, and Asia, in a number of industries with some of the largest companies on the planet. Prior to that, I led the CX practices in executive roles within the corporate world.

After all this time I am still surprised at the number of organizations with under performing CX programs in place today. Many programs lack overall engagement and have not been connected to the business value they create. Organizations often misunderstand or underestimate the complexity of these programs and the need to ensure a solid foundation is in place first.
